Until we begin to work with grief, our compassion cannot be stable.
We can transmute grief & separation to feelings of connection and compassion and find relief by acknowledging our grief in community. This free virtual support group provides a safe space to share the grief and difficulties you are working with.
Sessions begin with a short reading to prompt & guide our sharing. Guests will have an opportunity to share and acknowledge the grief & difficulties you are experiencing.
We'll close with a guided meditation.
